Blood can be removed from carpet in most cases, especially fresh spills, but it’s one of the few stains where hot water makes things permanently worse. Blot (never rub) with a clean cloth and cold water straight away; heat cooks the protein into the fibre. If the stain has dried or won’t lift, give us a call.
